Like last year, my running season ended in October with the Hallow’s Eve Trail race. I took two full weeks of rest, and am now base-building as I start to ramp up for my 2013 goals (more on those to come in the next post). In 2012 I continued to improve and become a better runner. I had a lot of fun doing most of the races and I wanted, and was lucky to avoid any serious injuries. Race results for all my events are available on the post of my 2012 Race schedule.
